*A PDF Checklist emailed to both the agent & home owner within 48 hours of meeting.
* Suggestions will include as needed (but not limited to): decluttering, depersonalizing, repairs that need attention, furniture and layout suggestions, suggested improvements for current trends, colour and paint ideas (if required) renovation recommendations (if required), suggestions for trade contacts.

All consultations will be between 1-2 hours depending on the state of the home, square footage and attention required to make it present best.
