STAGING CONSULTATIONS INCLUDE:
*In-depth Home Staging Consultation preparing the home for the Real Estate Market.
*A detailed checklist citing all suggestions for sale as discussed during the appointment
*A PDF Checklist emailed to both the agent & home owner within 48 hours of meeting.
*Suggestions will include as needed (but not limited to): decluttering, depersonalizing, repairs that need attention, furniture and layout suggestions, suggested improvements for current trends, colour and paint ideas (if required) renovation recommendations (if required), suggestions for trade contacts.
This is a DIY Service for clients to do upon receiving their personalized checklist.
All consultations will be between 1-2 hours depending on the state of the home, square footage and attention required to make it present best.
Please Note: Either the agent for the listing or the home owner is required to attend the consultation.
